Originally I had intended to be the only one posting on this because I figured there wouldn’t be enough interest in this blog but since there is i’ve decided to allow submissions if anyone should feel interested in doing such.
Here are the dets:
1. You are allowed to submit edited versions of posts that already exists.
For instance, if you want to make another “Gambino is a mastermind_________to past the time post, you can. But if you are going to do this please don’t submit a post that already exists
(obviously)
if it gets to a point where there are too many posts and you aren’t sure if someone has already posted it then you I want submit you post, no hard feelings.
2. Only Childish Gambino lyrics. If you have an edited version of something else Donald Glover has done or said whether it be, an interview, Derrick Comedy, standup or Community related feel free to submit but it may not be posted.
3. Please include the title of song in which the edit is coming from.
4. The goal is to be creative, so refrain from cursing. I’m not against cursing, I love that shit but my goal with Edited Childish Gambino is to edit his lyrics in the most funny, fun way possible. So make it a challenge to keep it fully edited, even if the lyrics become ridiculous.
5. You are allowed to submit whole edited lyrics to childish gambino songs. I haven’t done this because I thought it would be funnier to just dub replacement words over his songs but i’m not 100% sure if thats legal sooooooo as for right now, you can edit whole song lyrics and submit them if you want.
